These terms and conditions apply to orders made on the monsieurmole.com website
The prices shown on the website are indicated in euros and do not include postage and packaging. Postage and packaging is automatically calculated and added to your order.
The prices shown on the site are guaranteed at the time of ordering but may be changed at any time without notice.
The price is payable in full at the time of ordering. All orders are invoiced and payable in euros.
Our offers are valid while shown on the website and within the limits of stocks available
Your “shopping basket” becomes your order
On ordering you will be required to submit the correct information for the invoicing and delivery of the order.
You are responsible for submitting correct information. In case of errors Monsieur Mole cannot be held responsible for any elivery problems.
When your order is validated and paid in full, it is confirmed and cannot be retracted without contacting Monsieur Mole for our agreement.
Confirmation of your order
At all stages in the preparation of your order you will be automatically informed of progress by email. Monsieur Mole reserves the right to decline an order but will give a response within 72hours to allow you to modify your order or to cancell.
Payment must be made in full on ordering and can be made by credit card or by paypal both of which are secure payment methods
Payment may aslo be made by cheque in which case your order will be fulfilled on clearance of your cheque
We also accept direct bank transfers, our bank details are available on the website.
Monsieur Mole can deliver blankets wherever you would like them sent.they can be delivered to a friend or neighbour or to your workplace. You can indicate this when you order
Delivery times vary but please allow one or two days for the preparation of your order and 3 to 8 days on average for delivery to France. Deliveries to other European countries may take from 5 to 10 days

At our busiest times ( November and December) please allow extra time for delivery and feel free to call us to find out approximatively how long delivery may take.Maximum delivery time is 30 days from order date.Deliveries are made by Royal mail in the UK and La Poste in France. If you are still waiting for a delivery why don’t you try calling your local parcel office. They may have tried to deliver your parcel while you were out.
All our products are personalised and made to order, individually embroidered with the details you have supplied, once the details have been embroidered they cannot be changed. We therefore do not accept the return of goods unless they are either faulty or are made incorrectly. In the event that the goods are damaged or faulty on arrival please inform us within 14 days of the receipt of the goods, otherwise no claim can be considered. We realise that mistakes do happen, in the event you have supplied the incorrect details, we have a policy of supplying a blanket at a reduced price to rectify the error, please contact
